L’endroit est spacieux mais un ménage de fond s’impose. Nous avons nettoyé le plancher et ramassé un porte poussière rempli de saleté. Nous avons nettoyé-désinfecté l’évier de la cuisine qui avait des endroits gluants. La hot de la cuisinière était graisseuse et sale, les tapis dans les chambres étaient sales, les housses de chaises de salle à manger étaient très sales, la porte du frigo était sale, de même que plusieurs recoins du loft.

It was cleaner than other more expensive hotels in the area and the staff were very helpful. The unit had a huge balcony almost the same size as the 2 bedroom unit. The temperature control was perfect!

We stayed three nights over a weekend. The hotel's location is right beside the major highway into Montreal which is a positive for location except if your room is at that end of the building right beside the highway. The noise is quite elevated. The hotel management is obviously aware because two packages of foam earplugs were left at the bedside table. We found it difficult to sleep throughout the night, and would recommend requesting a room at the other end of the building away from the highway. We enquired about another room but the hotel was full all weekend, we were told. The other unfortunate event was of the two elevators in the building, only one was working all weekend. This created long line-ups to get on the one remaining elevator which was also used by the housekeeping carts during the day. Several people including ourselves used the emergency staircase except when leaving with our luggage. The included breakfast was good and had variety. The dining room was large enough and held most people with overflow into the bar lounge to eat. Parking was easy. We used the free self-parking outside the main entrance. It was well lit and even with a full hotel there was space to park.
