Simple and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

The hotel room and the swimming pool are in excellent condition. Hotel is located near the subway station. Easy to catch a cab at the hotel.

The Regent Hong Kong is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The restaurants, bar, pool, gym and all ammentities are first class. The location also very conenient with close proximity to fantastic shopping and restaurants. I must also receommend getting a room with club access. The club is absolutely perfect with a fantastic breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with small bites. The view from the water facing rooms is stunning especailly at night. The staff were extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you stay is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hong Kong.

Staff is helpful. Breakfast is great. The pool is well-maintained and with great view.

I prefer to have quiet and private stays when I travel. The staff understood that I wasn't in need of their protocol touchpoint or service, and that privacy mattered more to me. Without needing to explain, they got it - this matters a lot to me and is uncommon in the hospitality industry. For this, the property and staff get 5 stars.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
