Breakfast and staff are good. Not too close in the center but very close to the bus stop and tram. There is also a mall right across. But taxi to the airport will be around 60-70 euro if your flight is very early since no buses and train running after midnight. But over all is good coz it's located in a quiet area and accessible to public transport.
Room size is good and clean. With toiletries provided and daily water, coffee and tea. Bed is comfortable.

The desk assistant Denis was aaaaamazing, kind, welcoming and detailed, also Alex was so very helpful and accommodating. Chef Banjo was pleasant and entertaining as he made the most delicious omelet just as we liked it. Thank you for a wonderful stay ~~~ The van der Linde family.

Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!

It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands.
The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns.
We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm.
