We actually didn’t realise it was all self check-in /out when we booked. You don’t get to meet staff. All instructions are sent to you. Down side was that we were only provided with one large towel and two small ones and when we contacted the property we got no response. We also made them aware that the door handle was loose. Car parking was close by. Neil was such a lovely host who had turned the heat on so the place was warm when we arrived, left milk in the fridge and even bagels and cereal for us. The hot tub is great and well kept. The projector is such a nice touch to be able to watch films in bed. My partner and I were gutted to have to leave so I’m sure we will be back. Would highly recommend! "
