Lovely hotel situated in city centre. Beautiful room with bath in the room and massive bed 😀Very peaceful nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

Wonderful attentive staff throughout. The breakfast and all aspects of the hotel were beyond compare. We’d love to return

Great spot!! Loved the decor of the room, cool shower and nice soaps etc. Also was a thoughtful room design to allow for easy access to suitcases. The breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful and caring The hotel is right outside the bus stop for easy traveling with suitcases This was a great spot, highly recommend

Perfect location to walk around Brugges. Room was clean, awesome breakfast, great lounge to read a book. Staff we super attentive and friendly. Will stay again for sure!!

It was amazing

The people made this hotel. Great staff - incredibly accommodating to our needs. Really can't say enough about the people. Great location! Some rooms were just fine but others were in desperate need of updating, repair. Rooms on the top floor were in need of some TLC.

The location was ideal within walking distance of local sites. The staff was great, very helpful and always acknowledged you when you left or entered. Staff was excellent. The breakfast was good with many options. House keeping was horrible. I requested housekeeping to clean my room and change the sheets. I even left money for the housekeeper. When I got back to my room they had given me new towels , changed the sheets and changed the trash. The never cleaned the bathroom, the shower door was still spotty with soap. The bathroom sink still had my tooth paste in it snd they never cleaned the toilet. They didn’t sweep and when they changed the trash they left a wrapper that was on the floor which proved they hadn’t swept. That would be my only complaint, when I first got there I did clean myself because the table in the room was a little sticky.

You have to book the shuttle bus returning to the airport unfortunately.
