Amazing trip with amazing staff that really go the extra mile to make sure you have the best time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire experience feel special. The brunch was absolutely phenomenal and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel delivered the level of comfort and service you would expect from the Sofitel. The only detail that fell slightly short was the condition of the shower. While perfectly functional, some of the silicone around the shower appeared to be missing or deteriorating, with a bit of pink discoloration in certain areas. It’s a relatively small detail, but at this level of hotel—and given the price point—I would expect the bathroom finishes to be impeccably maintained. Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated the hospitality, excellent service, and memorable brunch. We would happily return.

The hotel is modern and very well maintained. The staff are friendly in English and French. Breakfast is coffee and pastry at a cost of $15 a person. There is a room service menu present in the room that can be ignored as I don't believe the property actually has room service available. Perhaps that was a quirk of the week I happened to stay there. This is a shame because there were several options for breakfast on the room service menu that my wife and I would have liked to try. Luckily the neighborhood has no shortage of small cafes and restaurants to feed at. The hotel also has art installations on every floor that are very worth spending a couple hours checking out. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in the future.
