Amazing views. Relaxing stay! A very romantic hotel, though I was surprised by the number of families there; given its location and amenities, I had assumed it was geared towards couples. That isn't a negative comment, though—it was simply a case of my own mistaken perception.

"I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, the staff were unfriendly, nasty, and even racist. They were not welcoming or kind, which made our stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

This hotel, located on the banks of river Arno is one of the best hotels I stayed at. It has all the modern amenities and yet has an old world charm about it. Exceptional staff and service! Rooms were spacious and made twice a day. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great. Easy to get around on foot as most places are within walking distance. Check in and check out were flawless. If I ever come back to Florence I will stay here.

We encountered ants twice. We were given a bottle of raid and kept food in fridge or hanging up high. Appreciated the 24 hour service. There was a medical emergency and the front desk took great care of us. And they had no problem with us staying for an extra 2 days.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The location was easily walkable and convenient to all main sites. Our only issue was the noise from the then walls and ceilings. You could hear all the other guests throughout our stay, regardless of day or night.
