"Very comfortable and our suite was excellent for family accommodation
Drinks were significantly overpriced (£4.50 for a tiny bottle of coke) but who would subscribe to that anyway?
Ideal location for exploring London's attractions
Staff very efficient and helpful"

"Lovely hotel which we will use again. Our room was far bigger than expected (standard plus double) and it looked to have been recently renovated. It's in a really good location; easy walk from Kings Cross and close enough to walk to Oxford Street etc. Good choice at breakfast and despite us going at what was meant to be the busiest time, we were seated straight away and didn’t have to queue to get food.
As others have said, it doesn't have air-con in the rooms however lots of hotels don't. The hallways are also a little dated but this didn’t impact our stay.

"The staff at the Resident Soho were excellent. They did their best to make each guest, including me, feel special. Laura, Evita, Roberto and the cleaning staff too were exceptionally good at their jobs. The hotel is located near shopping centers and great restaurants and bars. The rooms are smartly appointed. They could improve on the heating and air conditioning if I had to quibble, but otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I will stay there again in the future. "
