Although it wasn’t my first visit, the check process can be a little confusing for first timers. Once we were settled in the condo itself was pretty nice. The view of the beach was beautiful. I do have one negative thing to add: our neighbors next to us had their tv playing music pretty loud on and off throughout our trip at different times: from 6 am til after midnight. The walls were pretty thin & we could hear their conversations clearly. We had to call maintenance late at night to ask for them to turn down the music and they were at first putting up a fight about it and maintenance had to call security. The staff did handle the situation the best they could and we appreciated it. Other than those two things, I literally have nothing but great things to say about staying here. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are plentiful, and everything is close by. The pool was such a fun time, along with the beach. It is an amazing experience, I highly recommend it for families, couples, or friends.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and I was very satisfied with both the room condition and the location. The hotel layout was a little confusing at first, but it became easier once we got used to it. Unfortunately, the towels we requested were never delivered, and the conditioner bottle appeared to contain body lotion instead. The pool was also very small.

Realmente fue una estadía muy placentera y agradable en todos los aspectos, una propiedad impecable , accesible a tiendas , mall, supermercados , un lugar muy cuidado y mantenido , realmente disfrutamos mucho de la propiedad . La cocina totalmente equipada😍 no hay ningún reproche , lo recomendaría 100%, y volveríamos nuevamente

We had a good stay overall. The property is on the bay side, so there is no direct beach access, but the free shuttle to the beach across the road was convenient. Driving to the beach is also an option. One thing to note is that a golf cart is not included with the package, so plan accordingly. The property itself is a bit dated, including some of the appliances, but it is very well maintained and comfortable for a short family trip. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beaches and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical stay for the price.
