Northern Lower Peninsula Ski Vacations

Finally a place that is as advertised! And the restaurant is excellent!

The hotel staff when we arrived were wonderful I can say that. However the rooms do not look like the pictures. They are severely outdated. The bathrooms were gross the tub didn't work and paint chipping off the tub. The shower was extremely small. The dishwasher was gross looks like no one cleaned it or the kitchen floor. The bedding was very scratchy. The indoor pool was a haul away! I see under reviews that it's under new management I get that but some things and some rooms should take priority. The Internet is very very slow. Watching the tv was frustrating so we just turned it off. That was after we called front desk and they told us they were not having an issue?! Ok! Buffet for breakfast was not worth the 22.00 Per person. They need better options being there is absolutely nothing around except dollar general so if you have kids and teens make sure you bring food with you. Also the room walls and ceilings are paper thin. We were in 2nd floor and all we heard were the people walking around all night and 7am in the morning. It was a holiday weekend and they had one person working the coffee bar so that took forever. I would suggest lots of snacks and bring some soft bedding with you. If you golf and drink this is the best place for you. If you're looking for a relaxing evening enjoying the patio and resort amenities- I would suggest somewhere else. Just my opinion.

The room and property were very clean. It’s brand new. Breakfast was good. The noise level from the neighbors and door slamming was very loud. I could hear the neighbors talking in a mutter tone.
