This hotel has got to be up there with one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we entered the doors, it felt like luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and to a high standard. The little touches such as the free coffee/snack corner and the free bar from 4pm-7:30pm just added to the enjoyment of our staff. I would highly recommend and would love to visit again

Hotel is located near all the main attractions of the city, but relatively quiet neighborhood. Public space is nice and chic, but rooms are dated. Breakfast is just ok. Probably will be better off just go to a local breakfast place.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!
