Bonaventure Island Ski Vacations

The hotel room was lovely. The maid did an excellent job cleaning our room. The hotel is in an excellent location : close to restaurants and old Quebec which made it very tourist friendly. We never saw any staff in person. I had to use the phone at the reception area to speak to someone. We couldn’t figure out how to close the curtains or turn on the lights until I called reception. Everything was hooked up to a confusing modern system. Once we knew how to use the system we were fine. I would recommend the hotel despite a few inconveniences.

We loved this property. It was a two-story place with some tall stairs, but it was very unique and interesting. I would say that the Housekeeper could do a better job cleaning the shower. The separate bedroom was really nice. On days two and three the upstairs bathroom and the bunk bed bedroom did get pretty warm though. Thermostat did not seem to work. We would definitely go back and do recommend the property. Location is the best.

Unfortunately our plans were canceled due to our flights being canceled. The hotel unfortunately would not budge on their

Petit hôtel tranquille, mais il y a seulement une seule borne de recharge pour les véhicules électriques sans possibilité de la réserver afin de s’assurer de pouvoir avoir au moins un temps de recharge durant notre séjour. Il y avait des cheveux qui ne nous appartenait pas dans la salle de bain mais dans l’ensemble, la chambre était propre.
