When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。

Loud noise from the structure of the building at random times during day and night time (till 2am). Noise definitely not from the street and our room was not facing busy street, and the banging noise (almost like throwing a dumbbell to the ground) came from the bathroom. Hotel claimed they did not know where the noise came from and refused to change room.

Well located with everything you need including bars and restaurants nearby. Right opposite the google office. It has a nice restaurant and bar downstairs and a couple of restaurants attached, including an omakase sushi restaurant which we went to - was amazing. Rooms are nice and spacious, very modern, although bathroom amenities are pretty light. Otherwise the room has everything you need including hairdryer, steamer, robes etc. hallway carpets definitely need changing but that’s being very particular. The passing trains are quite loud but they don’t run at night so sleep was uninterrupted. I would happily stay there again.
