Beautiful suite with an amazing view. The suite had every amenity you can think of and access to 24hr gym. We would love to stay here again. We used our Tesco reward vouchers to get this stay, a great way to stay in a beautiful hotel. Dinner at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast were excellent too.

Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’arrivée avant 15 h : même si la chambre est déjà prête, des frais de 25 £ sont demandés pour pouvoir en prendre possession plus tôt. C’est un détail que nous avons trouvé vraiment décevant.

Whilst acknowledging that this is a 5-star “restaurant with rooms” and not a 5-star hotel, it is marketed as a high end accommodation but fell short. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs. The bed/bedding and the bathroom were nice but the remainder of the room was very curiously furnished. The times of availability for breakfast were very limited and we did not have it.

We stay for Southampton port , room was clean , bed was comfy . Didn’t use the bar and breakfast was good though a little busy ( guess everyone was using the port ) Staff was excellent and all in all a very nice one night stays. Would use again
