Always a great stay.

Very convenient location, great communication with staff. Very beautiful outdoor space, better bang for my buck than a traditional hotel stay. Absolutely loved it!

Very nice property, great staff and very good rooms, spacious and well appointed.

The main resort and grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Cliffs above the cottages of the main resort, which offers gorgeous views of the red cliffs. The first floor king room was fairly small, but nicely appointed. It doesn’t afford you a private balcony, only chairs and a table outside the door of a walkway, so when you have the curtains open to enjoy the views, people are walking by. We gave a lower rating for this and the lack of sound proofing between floors, based on the price point paid and caliber of the resort. We’ve travelled extensively and this was one of the worst instances of noise we’ve experienced; we could hear every step and almost the details of conversations.

Check in was so smooth. We called them at about 4pm on check in day because we wouldn't arrive until almost 2am, they gave us the code to the lock box and told us we were all set. They also gave us an after hours phone number in case we needed anything when we got there. The lock box was easy to open and we got inside with no issues. The Villa was beautiful and incredibly clean. The private hot tub was wonderful and we took full advantage of it after our almost 7 hour drive. Everything about our stay was wonderful and my kids have begged to go back to vacation there. We will definitely be back
