AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel.

The service was excellent, but the soundproofing was very poor. At 8:30 AM, there was construction noise, and the next morning, it started even earlier at 7:30 AM. This affected our rest.
