It took quite a while to finally get the circuit breaker fixed for our room. My husband says you should create a map of circuit breakers because they are scattered all over the hotel & in fact ours was in a locked closet in our room so that’s what caused the delay with getting it fixed. I certainly didn’t mean a 1 star rating. That was a mistake. I’m not sure how that happened. I give a 4 star rating. And other than this delayed response to getting out circuits fixed I give a high rating for the staff. Comfortable mattress. Full wall of windows. Beautiful full length velvet grey drapes, spacious room. Pretty breakfast room. A month later we are missing you all from California!

A modern property well situated to explore Ghent. Good communication with the hosts. Friendly and helpful service.

Absolutely wonderful, staff was accommodating. Friendly and very helpful, breakfast was splendid, rooms were clean ,bedding was cozy, we will suggest this hotel to our friends who visit.

Location is in the wrong side of the tracks. Some staff seem to be overworked and undertrained. There is no laundry on the hotel, even when the description says it has. Rooms are clean. Pillows are terrible.

Great location, friendly staff and overall a nice experience. The room is very basic.
