Vacaciones de ski en Long Island

Que lugar TAN ESPECTACULAR. El cuarto es en forma de barco, muy bien acondicionado y muy limpio. El servicio muy especial también. Lo único malo es que el transporte por que es muy lejos y debes pedir taxi con anticipación y tiene un valor de 35 AD aprox.

From check-in to departure and location it was all excellent

Our stay was just ok. The trash was still full and in the kitchen from the previous guest, there were dead roaches, there were dirty popsicle sticks by the pool. The coffee machine didn’t work either. A staff member did drop a different one by after I let them know. We also had the doorbell ring at 2am and wake everyone in the house… apparently this is common when the batteries run low? Seems like they should be routinely changed to prevent that from occurring. None of these issues are big, but combined are quite a few blunders considering we paid top dollar to stay here.

The ocean views are totally worth the steep driveway to get to your apartment. We loved the infinity pool and utilised the gym. The staff were so friendly and welcomed us warmly. The location to town was perfect and the rooms were so spacious and clean. We highly recommend staying. If a steep walk up the driveway doesnt suit you, there are plenty of taxis available but you may still have to walk stairs to get to your apartment.

Sería todo mejor si, por ejemplo, en la pequeña cafetería/desayuno hubiera un poco de orden y no se dejara manosear los panes y bollos a la primera familia de asiáticos que llegara; o si no se apoderaran de la piscina/burbujas la misma y numerosa familia jugando con balones y molestando al resto

This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, we were forced to wait three hours for our room, despite seeing many other guests check in earlier. The following day, a serious issue occurred: due to a misunderstanding by the staff, we were booked onto a tour that we had never confirmed in writing. Nevertheless, we were charged €300, and despite explaining the situation, there was nothing we could do to reverse the charge. This lack of accountability was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Dining was another major disappointment. All restaurants on the property require advance reservations at all times, yet there are no alternative dining options on the island. Arriving at any of the four restaurants without a booking, regardless of the time of day, results in poor reception and an unwelcoming attitude from staff. Amazing place to stay! Loved the staff they helped us with everything we needed and provided helpful recommendations, loved the views, the location, the amenities in our apartment, it was like a little paradise!
