The staff were incredibly helpful when I was going to be late to check in. They were friendly when I followed up the following morning. The location was a short work from a tram stop and the beach and local shops etc. a perfect location for me who needed a little beach time after a long day at a conference. The pool looked great, I just had no time to use it! Would recommend to others.

Great location for the air show ! Spacious apartment

Unfortunately there was no internet in the room resulting in excessive data usage, this also meant the smart tvs did not work and only standard channels available. The noise of the aircon unit was excessive. And the wind (which is beyond the hotels control) resulted in rattling sliding doors for the balcony all Saturday night. There was also a spring in the bed that was felt multiple times during our stay.

Beautiful apartments with amazing views and very reasonably priced. The man who checked us in was lovely, super informative and recommended a great Thai place close by. Would stay again

It’s hard to choose my favourite part of our stay at The Langham Melbourne because everything was wonderful! From the moment we booked and contacted the hotel to arrange a few special things for our daughter, right through to check out, we were so happy with the service. Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and attentive to all of us, especially our little girl. She felt like she was staying in a princess castle. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay special, and we felt very well looked after the whole time. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I absolutely loved the signature scent. I wish I could have that scent in my own house. Sadly, we did not have time to go back to the hotel store to buy some. We booked a room with a river view, and it was such a treat waking up and going to bed with that beautiful view. We also loved the pool and hot tub and went every night. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and even a chocolate fountain. The pistachio croissant was SO good! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast area had a lovely view too. We were genuinely sad to leave when it was time to check out. Thank you!!

Simple easy check in with friendly and helpful staff

Local to tram ,easy walking to shops

Excellent hotel, in close proximity to all the CBD attractions and few steps away from a subway stop. A bit outdated, but very well maintained. Staff were also excellent.
