This was our first stay at this hotel and would like to say we did enjoy our time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was also very clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. Just to say that Iram ? who kept our room tidy done some amazing towel creations of animals. It was nice to see when people were smoking on their balcony and by the pool they were informed of the rules about not smoking and only smoke in the designated areas by the staff. It was my wife's birthday and it was nice that a little something was done in the room for her. The food in the buffet was mostly good but sometimes was a challenge for my wife to put evening meals together because she is a fussy eater. She did not have this problem in the H10 hotel we stayed in Jamaica. The restraints that we ate at were very good with good food choices. The beach was clean and tidy. The sea had lots of rocky areas but were smooth to walk on but wearing beach shoes solved the problem. There are some sandy areas as well in the sea. Good place to do some snorkelling. Just like to thank the Arely and Marlene for there help with extending our check out time and also Donny in the bowling area. Overall had a great time.

The resort is beautiful, with a majestic lobby, lush grounds and amazing wildlife — cats, raccoons, coatis and even crocodiles! I loved the different connected areas and pools. Our Privilege room was comfortable, with a lovely terrace and jacuzzi. The turndown service, Rituals products, Nespresso and stocked minibar were lovely touches. Privilege was definitely worth it. We loved the peaceful Privilege pool with no music, the AMAZING underwater loungers with massage jets, the beach, complimentary room service and Privilege lounge. I would have loved more variety and snacks throughout the day in the lounge. Food was okay but not memorable for the price. The staff truly made our stay. Yorsi at breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate my restrictive allergies, and Diego Jitzel at the Italian restaurant was wonderfully kind and attentive. And Alan, our butler, was the absolute highlight. Quiet, professional, discreet and incredibly caring, he constantly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we had an issue with the spa, he immediately took ownership and resolved it quickly and professionally. He was never intrusive, yet always there when needed. His discretion, energy and level of service were exceptional. Honestly, Alan has all the qualities to work in an even more luxurious hotel. He made us feel truly cared for and is a big reason we will remember this stay so fondly.

The place is nice, but the staff is just looking at you like if you doing things wrong. We couldnt have music, we couldn put our towels to dry in the balcony. we couldn change a room without an extra cost. Never again staying with them.
