Beautiful apartment, had everything we needed. Location is great, walking distance to everything. Beds so are comfortable! Check in process super easy. Would definitely recommend 👌

Excellent apartment and location!

The staff at Hi Surf were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very old and in need of a major update. We stayed in Room 18D with five people, and the hot water system was a major issue. After only two people had showered, the hot water was completely gone, meaning the remaining three guests had to wait several hours for it to heat up again. This was extremely inconvenient for a family. There was also significant construction taking place outside the building, with a large crane and loud construction noise throughout the day, which made it difficult to relax in the room. Overall, the apartment felt tired and outdated, with a number of broken or worn fixtures that should have been repaired or replaced. While the friendly staff deserve credit, the condition of the room and the hot water issues meant the stay did not meet our expectations

Avoid booking with Q Stay Properties. From the moment we checked in, most of the apartment had an electrical issue. As a result, we had no usable kitchen, laundry or Wi-Fi for the entire stay. Maintenance managed a temporary fix that lasted a day before the same issue returned. Despite reporting it immediately, the electrical fault was never resolved before we checked out. Customer service was frustrating. Emails were often ignored until late in the afternoon, leaving no opportunity to respond before the office closed. We repeatedly had to chase updates, and promised callbacks didn't happen. We were eventually offered an alternative apartment in a different location with poor reviews, which wasn't an acceptable replacement for what we'd booked. The apartment was also in poor condition. The sofa and kitchen extractor fan were broken, the bathroom tap leaked, the carpets were dirty, and the bedding consisted of thin throws instead of proper duvets. Overall, it was tired, poorly maintained and not fit for the standard advertised. The building itself is in a great location, and the common areas and pool are well maintained. My recommendation would be to book an apartment in this building through Mantra rather than Q Stay, as the location is excellent but the management of this property was not.

10/10 stay. Room was very clean, bed was soo comfy. I had an amazing view of the beach. Staff were helpful. It was exactly what I wanted and feel I got value for my money.

Incredible location. Delightful staff. Price point suggests that maintenance should be done with more precision.
