“We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival. After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room. Inside the room, the dishwasher was running with nothing in it, no portacot and a cherry picker looking directly into our bedroom. We rang reception to bring the portacot so our daughter could have her nap, however this took close to an……

“View was great from balcony overlooking river. Wifi was virtually nonexistent - should be removed from the list of amenities, or booster installed.”

“Room was bigger then expected, very tidy and decent sized balcony. Unfortunate that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast/brunch options and theres no real close by coffee/ cafes however there was a coffee machine in the room The in hotel restaurant doesnt open until 5.30 making room service options limited Overall I would stay again”
