Right away the customer service at the front counter was amazing. We sat the bar for a couple drinks & apps. It was all great service! Then we also chose room service & the breakfast sandwich was an absolute winner! So pleased since I’d had been wanting to stay. I am a local but stayed due to a concert at Golden 1. Property was ok. We had room from Thursday- Monday it was cleaned one night, Thursday only. Rest of the stay we never got any room cleaning, towels or room cleaning at all. The shower gel/soap was empty yesterday am shower in the am. We talked to the cleaning staff and said we would be out of the room for the day at 10:30 am. Terrible service for the price of the stay

Solid Option

This has become our go-to hotel when staying in Sacramento. A bit higher price for the stay, definitely - and the parking garage for parking just feels sketchy. But rooms have consistently been clean, are decently sized, there’s decent breakfast options nearby, hotel bar has well prepared beverages.
