It was really clean. I felt safe and was able to relax. They didn’t have a breakfast buffet because of the pandemic. However, they provided me with a breakfast bag every morning. The staff was really nice and was always willing to help. It was a great hotel!

Simple but clean and nice - perfect for an overnight stay in the South Bay. The patio area is very nice, amenities that work for me!! Snacks and drinks for purchase, a couple of table top games, outdoor fountain and fire tables. The water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable.

Nice location near shopping and restaurants, quiet, clean and comfortable room with friendly staff. I'd stay here without hesitation again.

Customer service was excellent

The cleanliness of this Hotel was specktacular. The room service was available whenever needed and the staff was very friendly and welcomeing. I loved they had a pool and a large patio for dining outside. There was even an onsite laundry room. I so enjoyed my stay.

Perfect

Perfect for a quick last minute get-away without spending i sane prices on a room. My only complaint is that the ac units in the room are really loud and they produce a high pitched whining noise. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and they have japanese snacks in the gift shop.

I frequently stay at this location because it's quiet, clean, and affordable. Considering the other locations in the area and that i typically travel alone, the room and service is more than enough for my needs. Unless you need the continental breakfast, and top shelf bath products, you definitely won't find a better place to stay thats located right near the biggest mall in la. Loved the city view from my non-smoking room, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Thanks for making it a good experience for me.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

Very nice and clean renovated rooms. Office staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds. Close to the San Pedro Cruise terminal.
