Weekend getaways in Warner Robins

The manager Tanisha was absolutely amazing excellent customer service and knowledge of the local area. I don't even consider staying at another hotel when I come to town because of her welcome to your home away from home feeling that she gives me.

We were evacuating Florida because of hurricane Irma and this hotel was clean, the staff extremely understanding and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this to others.

Stayed on the third floor in rooms 321 and 323. The beds featured a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bed was comfortable and well maintained. The cleaning staff did a good job in both of our rooms. Good selection of television channels available. The bathroom and shower were both clean and smelled good, too. Hotel was VERY clean and staff was pleasant. Daily house cleaning. Cannot understand the negative reviews. Probably from people who need to be recognized. The bed was sooooo comfortable. As soon as we got home we called SERTA and got the same mattress. We will always, always stay at Best Western. Although we are on the friends and family plan with Hilton, nothing was available and we are so glad. Otherwise we would have missed out on this gem. Thank you for such a pleasant stay

We travel with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Country Inn and suits has very spacious double queen suites with a pull out couch that work perfect. It’s very clean and priced affordably. It’s been our go to for some time now A+

Lovely hotel and the front desk staff were exceptional. Mike gave me excellent service and even found a room for my sister after our terrible experience with the LikeHome Hotel down the street. He has a wonderful way with people and made me feel welcomed and at home!

I ended up staying for 7 days! I didn't want to leave. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious & the indoor pool & hot tub was a delightful surprise. I enjoyed staying here more than anywhere else I've ever stayed!

The staff were so nice, I was evacuating from hurricane Dorian and I started having car problems and I was right down road from hotel and they let me check in way early and were so accommodating in all service provided that I would completely recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was extremely nice and much nicer than I anticipated.

As soon as we got there we were greeted with smiles! I believe it was the kitchen manager that connected with my two grandchildren and made sure to high five them every time he saw them and made sure everything was going good with our stay.
