Preferred Club was Amazing. Our Butler Anthony and the Restaurant Manager Victor deserve highest compliments for making our experience amazing. All of the staff was exceptional! The property is absolutely beautiful as well!

The place is nice and very clean. The rooms are cleaned and beds made up every day. Security is a pro. The personnel is very kind and generous. The pool is great. I will definitely come back again.

Wonders Boutique was a welcome surprise. We stayed at "Wonders" for two nights to end our 12 day stay in Aruba (our 4th trip to this beautiful, friendly Island) and enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel. Perfect place to stay in Aruba. Willeke helped me with everything and I felt like home. I really recommend her breakfast- delicious food :)! If I will come back in Aruba, for sure I will stay here again.

My stay with Dirk and Mariel was overall a 10/10 experience !! They are both super friendly , helpful , professional and attentive !! When I booked , I originally booked for only 2 night but I wanted to extend an extra 3 and they assisted me to the best of their ability and accommodated me . I usually don’t like to stay at homes with the hosts on the property but this one was such a blessing .. they made me feel safe and as if I was home . They are not in your way at all but it did come in handy...

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was nice, clean, peaceful, and very affordable. I loved the area, especially how close it was to the beach. It was a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I felt like it was definitely worth the price. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

I did not like the beach chair policy. Paying for daily use of a beach chair was unacceptable considering the price we paid for our stay.

A beautiful place to stay ..staff was always friendly and accommodating ….the rooms were beautiful and very clean …transport to the beach was extremely easy ..always someone there to take you right away And the ride down took 1 minute !!! The burgers from their rooftop were amazing!! The staff here were so happy to assist in anything you needed from directions to cab rides to just greeting you each and every time you arrived or left !!!! Will definately be staying again!!!!!

Very clean and very new. Everything works well because its nearly new. Only 10 months old as I write this. LED lighting, WIFI and air conditioning works great. Plenty of hot water in the shower. New LG flat screen TV with 48 cable channels including ABC, NBC and CBS networks. Pool is sheltered on all four sides so if there are high winds on the beach, you can go to the pool.

There are nice bars just around the corner of the block. As of 12/29/2022, just $24 Taxi ride to the airport, $10 taxi to the Renaissance complex on 1A highway near cruise ship terminal... Wilhelminastraat runs east-west, it's about 8-10 blocks, easily walkable so no taxis required for walking to cruise ship terminal area for restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff, little breakfast/bar area for coffee/bagel breakfast service. Rooms small, but super clean and quiet for great rest at night...

This was our second time visiting JOIA and it was an excellent stay like the first time, which is why we returned. We had a minor inconvenience on our third day but one of the managers Mariana went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were truly appreciative and thankful for the level of service she provided.

Clean, happy studio/apartments fully equipped (especially if you travel as a family but also as a solo traveller on a budget). Staff ia friendly an helpful. The place is lliterally across the beach. You can even go barefoot if you wish. SuperMarket (Cosco type) is walking distance. Bus stop to take you to Arashi Beach is outside the hotel same for Downtown. I strongly recommend and i definately rebooking it

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brisas Studio Apartments. Nicely appointed apartment, modern kitchen made stay feel like home. This is a hidden gem, away from the bustling crowd, yet close enough to get to Palm beach and all the shops and restaurants on JR Irausquin. Fabiola was an awesome host, and did everything she could to make our stay a memorable one. Our only "OK" rating is because we felt the pool was too small for the 5 units, there were only 6 lounge chairs for all guests, and only one area was reliably shaded around the pool. Also, the units aren't well insulated and so we could hear the other guests' voices resonating through the walls.
