Weekend getaways in Rockaway Beach

What a find! Mom and Pop motel on the beach! Super friendly and helpful 'Pop' who kindly shares local best tips. This is not a fancy resort - it is a nice little motel directly on the beach, that is clean and well maintained with thoughtful touches. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and so much more because of the people who own it. Already made a reservation to come back. Thanks for a lovely long weekend!

Easy walkable access to the beach and walkable to the town center!

Our suite was very clean with everything you may need. Room was pet friendly and it did not have any unpleasant previous pet smell. Right on beach with balcony on every room. Staff was very friendly, helpful, & efficient. Can't wait to come back.

Very nice home with hot tub, fire pit and in great location. Quite neighborhood and walkable to beach and shopping (it was 1.2 miles round trip walking).

Happy hour and nite cap service, heated floors in bath, easy access to the beach and views of Haystack rock are a few of the many wonderful things about the property and amenities.

We were very happy with our stay. The owner is warm and welcoming and gave us plenty of information to help us find our way. Kayaks were included in our hotel cost and we made good use of them on the river right behind the hotel; couldn't be more convenient. We could have spent a lot of time just hanging around by the water, but we wanted to explore the area and this hotel was a great base for us to do that. It was quiet, clean, and met all of our needs. This was absolutely the perfect place to spend a long quiet weekend. I checked in on Friday in the early evening and immediately felt at ease in the beauty of the space and the accommodations. My sweet dog and I walked to the beach every morning and enjoyed the solitude, and I ate at Blackbird twice and enjoyed other local delights! This place is fantastic.

Cute, cottage style rooms. Nice porch area…we had side by side rooms with adjoining porch. Plenty of bunnies, squirrels, and blue jays in the well kept outdoor areas. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun location!

We had a very nice room with a view of the ocean. Very nicely appointed with enough room for a couple. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in even though we were a bit early! This experience exceeded our expectations and would love to return again sometime soon.

Beautiful quiet inn with AMAZING breakfasts! Walk to beach or drive in several different directions for park trails. Close to Cannon Beach without the bustle. Road noise something of an issue when windows are open.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were great. The whole family had a great time. Usually the dog stresses a bit on vacation but he acted right at home.
