Very good wiew

The room was super clean, smelled fresh, cleaned daily. Staff friendly and helpful. The free laundry room on the 13th floor was amazing to have when you’re on a long trip and need a fresh set of clothes.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. Surprisingly good! Very good size and comfortable room with both nice bathtub and rain shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel i have stayed in ShenZhen.

I love the location, very close to a lot of tourist attractions and great spots for food. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms are very clean spacious and I would recommend anybody traveling to China to try out the spot.

What I like about it: 1) Offers free do-it-yourself laundry service on 8th floor. They have sigh up sheet for both washer and dryer. Two washers and one dryer. If the previous person doesn't come to pick up his/her stuff on time, you can call the front desk to have house-keeping staff come and pick it up to vacant either the washer or dryer for the next person to use. 2) Unlimited supply of bottled water - two free ones inside of refrigerator in each room. It was good hotel to stay over after landing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the DiDi hailing wait area is far from the hotel lobby. We took a taxi instead.

Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf. After extensive discussion the entire fare was refunded later that day. Enquiries at the concierge desk were always handled with professionalism and friendliness not always found from concierges. Absolutely amazing place.... really... top of the line. Everything was spot on ... and the staff so friendly and professional... the location... gym, restaurants, bar, all amenities including breakfast... and the direct entrance to the mall next door... complete outstanding!!!

In general is good just the area is too commercial and difficult to find local food
