Weekend getaways in Marfa

We stayed in Studio 3. It was amazing. It’s so quiet you’re far enough from everything you really feel alone and I mean that in the best way possible. I can’t wait to stay here again, maybe in winter time to get the fireplace going. On the back patio the views don’t get any better. It’s eerie quiet and again I mean this in the best way possible. I want to get away from big-city life this is perfect. Also close enough to Marfa, Alpine, Valentine and of course Fort Davis. I can’t wait to go back

Unique place, you won't be disappointed

The Lincoln Marfa is an inviting property with charming amenities and centrally located to many galleries, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend The Lincoln while in Marfa! Staff is friendly and accommodating.

We really liked this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast! They also provided dog area for our small dog. It is worth to stay here, Thank you!

We stayed for three nights. I am not going to lie, I was a little anxious about this one but it fit our budget so we gave it a try. So glad we did as it was wonderful! It was our first B&B type of experience. The strangeness of roaming around someone else's home was short lived, sharing a bathroom was no problem at all, and sitting down to breakfast with all the other guests turned out to be so much fun! The home is lovely, warm, and inviting. You can watch the deer come up into the yard while...

Great stay! We got in very very late and they still had our room keys waiting for us with no hassle. Super easy check-in and check-out, very friendly owners. Clean and quiet. We had no issues with neighbors, no parking issues, no issues whatsoever.

The cottage was really cute and clean. Plenty of towels. My daughter kept in touch with the staff for me. It did have a fireplace which was not needed for our stay but fall hit soon after we left. There was not a kitchen but did have a mini fridge and microwave. We spent time at Fort Davis National Historic Site, Balmorhea State Park, actually saw the Marfa lights, and the McDonald Observatory. Definitely recommend!

Covers quaint and simple lodging with everything needed for a one night stay. We stayed in military room 4 with a great view of the Davis Mountains!

Nice and very friendly staff (couldn't ask for better treatment), clean room, newly renovated, wide parking spaces, good location, excellent value. We definitely look forward to returning here!!!

Breakfast very good. Room clean.

We drove into town through dense fog. This was a safe haven. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was awesome. The only drawback was of all the TV channels available we could find none with US news and local weather. The news was available in the breakfast room. The WiFi connected in the evening, but not in the morning. Overall a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Seems like an old 50's motel (and in some ways it is), but overall a nice attempt to keep the rooms updated and clean. Great courtyard for guests to relax and socialize that is not viewable from street traffic. Staff was very polite and helpful with check-in and any assistance we needed. Would stay here again and would recommend to you, friends, and family.

It was clean, quiet and a great place to land after hiking in the parks.

Staff upgraded our room. It was huge which allowed us to bring our bicycles in (Ft. Davis CycleFest) without tripping over them all the time. We arrived very late, but everything was in order. We slept late and only had a few minutes before breakfast ended. However, staff accommodated us and we ate a great, HOT breakfast. This motel was a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

The Explorer’s Hideout was great! The cabin was very cozy and comfortable, the screened porch was a pleasant bonus, and the bathroom was super nice and just across the road (very easy to access). Would highly recommend!
