Weekend getaways in Hatsukaichi

Had a room with a great view, awesome staff, room had everything I needed. I have no complaints.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Onsen had a nice view. Dinner was delightful. Hotel was nicely decorated and had a nice feel about it. All staff wqs eager to help or assist with any requests

Just stayed one night with my family and we didn’t want to leave. The house is over 100 years old but has modern conveniences and was very clean and comfortable. The futon beds were perfect. The AC was strong. And best of all was the food. Dinner was a 12-13 course omakase with fish we’ve never tasted, like blowfish. My two teens absolutely loved the experience and are already asking to go back. The owner/chef was very friendly. He went with us on a night walk and took photos of us along...

A beautiful property, well maintained, clean and in a good part of the city.

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away. I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy. I loved the bed, I think the mattress...

The breakfast was amazing (I chose the Japanese style) and the lady that prepared it (and checked me in) was super nice and accommodating. The tubs were great to soak in and it was nice to have the privacy (the bath room smelled a little mildewy, but that’s to be expected in a wooden room with high humidity). I Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel I have stayed at! The location is off the beaten path but still close to everything on the island. The hotel is gorgeous the rooms are spacious and well kept. Will definitely return

A nice apart-hotel. Very clean, very nice ambiance, nicely organized space to spend cozyly with the family (of 4). Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. A very restful place to spend while in Tokyo, although it is a bit interior.

The room was very clean and it was conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores.

A good stay in Hiroshima at the Mercure - centrally located and about a 20min walk from the train station or take a short tram ride from the station. One thing that drew us to this hotel was the washer/dryer combo in the room. They also provide detergent. We were able to get three loads of laundry done BUT it takes approx 3.5hrs for each load (washing and drying) so plan accordingly. The hotel is immaculate and staff are very polite. They have an area for snacks and drinks in the lobby...

Room was very clean with a great view of the Atomic Bomb Dome and Museum. Very secure and easy to find location too. I would highly recommend this for your stay.

The rooms were large, the AC worked well and everything was very nice. They helped me ship my luggage and was super close to the train station. The staff was very helpful. My whole family of 5 loved it!
