Weekend getaways in Kutchan

This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here.

Hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Easy vannservis in call for mountain any time from 8:30am-11am and 3-5pm daily - just a WhatsApp text and 10 minute drive away

A beautiful property with first-class amenities, especially the in-room onsen with the view of the winding creek and colorful mountains. The food served in both breakfast and dinner are fresh, delicious, with various flavors, and artistically presented. It is a bit more expensive than another two similar type of resorts we stayed, but entirely justifiable. The only aspect this resort falls behind is the effectiveness of communication in English of its staff, especially, some work in front-desk.

Great location. English speaking staff and well rounded in other languages too. Accommodating with holding our luggage. Private Onsen available for families or couples that just want to be alone.

One of the best ski hotels at which I have stayed. Ski valet is awesome. Beds were great. Showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is perfect.

Breakfast and amenities quality are really nice. All staffs are very kind and helpful. Everything satisfied. So I would like recommend Muwa Niseko very strongly.

The only complaint I had about this hotel is the restaurant’s Japanese food are not authentic enough. The Ramen tastes are more western style, like eating Japanese Ramen in New York. Also the choices are very limited on menu no matter for lunch or dinner. Also there’s a lot of room for the hotel to improve their fruit selection for breakfast.

Everything was amazing. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The level of service I received, from the concierge to the receptionists, was first class. I will definitely stay at the Akazora again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast provided at Blackwood Grill was very good, shuttle accessibility to the mountain was very easy with schedule provided by front desk, rooms were clean, and staff was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone visiting Hirafu.

The Chalets at Country Resort was exceeding my expectations in many ways. It is a luxurious country resort with all the conveniences -wireless internet, cable TV, nice huge/automated kitchen with great set of kitchen wares, washer/dryer, four bedrooms with tempur-pedic mattresses, spacious living room, etc. The resort was a part of the Country Resort a bit away Hirafu village downtown. All the above made me forgive the frustrations during a check-in process. Surprisingly, there was no sign or...
