Weekend getaways in Hokkaido Prefecture

Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

Rooms were clean. Fitness center didn't have much except treadmill. Breakfast had lots of options

Breakfast was great with plenty of selections and our room was very spacious and clean every day. Staff was very nice and friendly. The location was good, only 5-minute walk from Sapporo station. We strongly recommend this hotel. It was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. A lot of information was in English, too.

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Attached to JR Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat. Lucky Pierrot is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel along the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and the variety allows you to do a full our Japanese food in one place! The hotel is beautiful on the inside and the rooms are definitely in the upper echelon of size that can be found in Hakodate! One more plus...wait for it....THEY HAVE A FITNESS CENTER! This is probably the only hotel in Hakodate that actually took the time to accommodate the fitness minded tourists! Staff was very helpful in resolving some problems we encountered-our safe did not work properly but the staff reset it for us, our dryer was not working properly but the staff reset it for us , we needed to Arrange transportation to the airport and the staff directed us to transportation. They were always there to answer our questions.

We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza...

Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location!!! Shuttle bus to the airport just across from the hotel. Nijo market only 10 minutes walk.

Budget friendly in a great location. small rooms, like most of Japan but very comfortable and nice little amenities. Friendly service, I’d stay here again

Nice and convenient

Staffs were friendly even there was a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate with us. Room was decent but don’t expect plenty of space. Hotel was next to the main avenue leading to Sapporo station so it’s very vibrant at night, also close to shopping places and food plazas, many local restaurants that are tourists friendly. For laundry there was a coin laundry right behind the 7-11.
