Convenient location and comfortable room.

Great place to stay while visiting

I am so delighted with my room especially my kitchen . And I am so grateful and well impressed with your employee Sophia at your reception . She is a wonderful staff for helping me with everything I need and inquiries about the places and hotel . Kudos too to all the staffs at the reception lobby for all your great work. Thank you so much !

The staff was very accommodating and professional. Helped to resolve issues quickly. LOVE the warm chocolate chip cookies!

We had a great stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, and it was nice to have underground parking.

It offers shuttle bus service 24h, very convenient

I had a great experience with this hotel. Thank you.

Staff was super helpful

Property is vibrant and fun. Rooms are spacious. Amenities are a plus. Loved it!!!

There are a variety of food options in walking distance

Everything was amazing

The thing that stood out for me at this hotel was the reception service and concierge service. Exceptional! We also enjoyed the modern room lighting, Japanese, toilet, rainforest shower, and many other lovely amenities. Dining at Bar George for breakfast and dinner was absolutely divine! We felt spoiled from beginning to end!

Hotel has roundtrip shuffle from 5am to midnight (same for check-in) so traveling and transiting while staying here is extra convenient. Personal is very attentive and accommodating, breakfast options are also varied and cooked-to-order so always warm. Suite was comfortable and very clean, with coffee maker / teabags depending on what you like. Bedding was soft and included a comfy mattress. Outside is a bit noisy at night but that’s out of the hotel’s power. Overall had a perfect one-night stay...

Muy bien!

Huge and complete apartment in a great location. Good breakfast and cordial staff. The only complaint is the pillows - they’re awful. The guests deserve better ones.

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in! Great bed, great pillows, and wonderful shower! Very clean and neat and modern. Located right in the old town area and very walkable to many of the local points of interest. Nice large breakfast area. Laundry situation was funky, but no big deal.

Gotta try the restaurant in the building.

If the kitchen has something for users, it would be better. I suggest to have a water kettle for customers to boil water. The breakfast can have more options to make a variety. It’s good though.
