Weekend getaways in Big Bear Lake

My wife and I visited the Hideaway cabin for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it. Everything about it was unique and special. The cabinet itself was perfect with a full kitchen dining room and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room . Communication with the staff and our overall stay while we’re there was excellent. They were Always ready and willing to offer advice and suggestions. we will definitely be staying there again.

Small but clean, comfortable room. Property was very quiet & peaceful during our weekday, overnight stay (only a couple cars in the lot apart from ours). Beautiful and surrounded by trees. The guy who checked us in was very friendly & helpful. Location is ideal - a very short walk to the village, but feels far enough from crowds that it’s a true get away. I would be happy to stay again.

The location was the cherry on top!!! This is a beautiful cabin, spacious and roomy for my family!

It was very clean! Full fridge, heating/AC was very easy to navigate. They provided soap and a sample of shampoo and conditioner. I wouldn’t say these were negatives just more annoyances that’s why I still give them 5 stars - the handle for the shower kept slipping off so it was hard to maneuver the hot and cold and turning on and off, the shower liner was rusted and stained and the shower head was built up with timescale so the water pressure was low. The TV remote in bedroom didn’t work, so...

Absolutely adorable cabin! We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable beds and the fireplace made the living area so cozy! There is free pressed coffee but if you take your coffee with sugar or cream we suggest you bring some as they only provide the coffee. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave. And bikes are available to use. The cabins are within walking distance to the Village. Wish we had more time to stay longer!

Overall great stay and experience, nothing bad to say about this place will go again the check in time wish it was more earlier and check out is very early but great cabin and area.

Cutest little cabin, very homie, very quiet, perfect for a family with littlest, kids loved it happy there was a playground, our puppy enjoyed the backyard and pine cones 🤗 had everything we needed

Place is nice and quiet. Room was clean and cozy. The location is right next to the village, it’s a 5-10 min walk, very convenient. I absolutely love that we got to bring our dog on this trip, he loved it! Owner and staff are very welcoming! Highly recommend this place!

What a great cabin. Super close to everything, comfortably appointed, and easy to check in & out.

The customer service was too notch, best I ever had at a hotel. Breakfast and drinks are complimentary. The dining and lobby area is beautiful as well as the backyard lounge area. Highly recommend. Only feedback I got is that the rooms should probably have AC, although it was never really hot. They give you a big fan that is placed on the window which cools the room pretty well 😊

We enjoyed the stay here and would go back.

Beautiful little cabin with parking directly in front of door which makes unloading car easy. Cute picnic table out front. Best location possible for walking the town and accessing the restaurants. We loved it !

My recent stay at Sessions was Great! First time in Big Bear, and I don’t like to lay my head just anywhere. Definitely a great place to hang for a night or two. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. Very local to resorts, lake and restaurants.
