Weekend getaways in Israel

We loved our stay at Dunia Desert Suites. The rooms were big, very comfortable, clean, and everything is very new. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, helpful, went out of their way to make us comfortable since we were Americans. They made the atmosphere at the pool so fun serving great drinks at the bar, playing fun music, and even made us a delicious dinner Friday night for Shabbat. The breakfast was great both mornings and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Beautiful property, great staff , free coffee and wine at all times. My only comment is the room size and bathroom. We were at room 105 ( with the balcony and the bathroom was not comfortable at all .

The hotel is located at the heard of Jaffa flea market, the hottest most hipster area of tel aviv. The hotel atmosphere and design are very Jaffa-y (I was living in Jaffa for 8 years) and give you a very authentic experience of the area.

Drove in by car from Amman for the weekend. Very modern and stylish hotel,very conveniently located in the middle of everything. Friendly and helpful staff (call her Goldie), nice breakfast buffet with lots of local specialities. Rooms modern and comfy, but on the small side. Important when you travel by car to Tel Aviv, as parking is extremely rare: free parking space available in garage under the hotel, but steep and curling access, not made for SUVs or big cars. Would I recommend? YES.

Pros: Room: Nice sized & bright room. Bed was comfortable, linens were soft. Location: Great location!! The hotel is very central, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. From the moment you all in through the outdoor cafe and bar/restaurant you realize you are in a different type of place. Then you begin to notic the little artistic details. The hand-cut paper flowers fill your visual senses from all directions and from places you would never expect. The antique lights and mirrors, the little details. And then the room. Many compliments to the staff. The best breakfast feast of all my touring. I think the chef is a Russian mama who loves to cook! Clean and quaint hotel in a great art district with Jewish, Muslim, and Christian communities.

I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!

I spent 5 days at the Inbal and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is wonderful and the service is superb. The food was delicious and elegantly served (best omelet maker at breakfast in all of Israel). Most of all the ambiance is warm and the staff is caring.
