Wonderful property and the best staff ever! They were so kind and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked our trip to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. When it was time to leave, they scheduled a car for us and even walked us out. Just an amazing experience overall!

My wife and I were overwhelmed by many aspects of our stay - the warm and helpful staff, the condition of our junior suite, the food at the restaurant (breakfast buffet and prix fix lunch) and the overall ambiance. The only problem was that ours was a street facing room and after a late night check-in at 7 am we were blasted out of bed by a loudspeaker broadcasting "community announcements". The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!

Great hotel, charming, spacious and an escape from the motorbikes and thriving hustle and bustle. The staff makes this experience greater then can be described. Stayed here for 4 nights and won't stay anywhere else in Hanoi.
