This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't...

Clean room, great staff. awesome coffee 24hrs, one of the better places I've stayed in quite some time. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Punta Gorda.

Upon arrival room was ready. We received the room we booked, lower level, one bedroom suite poolside with screen porch. It was clean, cool, and ready for occupants. The area was very safe and the property was very well maintained and quiet. We liked fishing from the dock and caught quite a variety of fish. We would definitely stay there again. In addition they had very good internet and a nice large TV which my husband was able to enjoy football.

The Wyvern Hotel was a wonderful find (recommended by my sister-in-law) and was in the perfect location for our trip to Port Charlotte, Florida. It was conveniently located near several restaurants, and our room had a lovely view of the Harbor. The room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite large with both a large shower and separate soaking tub. This was a beautifully decorated, large, quiet space for our stay! Would love to go back! My only negative comment was the late check in instructions say call at least 24 hours in advance but didn’t give the contact info. But a really nice place and beach across the street!

It was our first time staying at Grove city motel. We enjoyed the amenities at the motel and the Location was perfect. It is close to the beach and grocery store. It offered everything we needed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I wanted to thank Joe for leaving our room open for us since we had a flight delay.

Without a doubt, the best place—very spacious and in an excellent location. You have the beach right out front, and Gasparilla Beach—which is very beautiful—is just 25 minutes away. Communication with the owner was excellent, the sunsets were fantastic, and the terrace overlooking the bay—with the breeze blowing—was a delight. We will definitely be back!

Four Points never fails to impress, love the tiki bar, can take my dog with me to it!

Great pool and relaxing vibe. Food court restaurants were a bit pricey for quality and service provided. Strettos was fantastic! Food and service were wonderful. Not impressed with Blue lime service. Took 1.5hrs to get our food and seldom saw our waitress. Manager did not resolve our issue when brought to their attention.
