The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. They will make all your reservations for your restaurants, tours, cabs, car rentals, ect. Will give all the recommendations you need. This spot is a great location in the middle of the island, can walk the trail to Oia on the path that’s along the hotel, walking to Fira the other way. Easy to walk to the bus stations. Where to start,Santorini sky is a diamond of a hotel. The property is especially serene and the views breathtaking. The staff exceeds expectations in every way imaginable! My only regret is not staying enough days at the property.

We spent 10 days in Santorini, all at the Santorini Princess Luxury Spa hotel. From the complimentary "welcome" cocktails and dessert, to the amazing food, the incredibly atentive and accomodating staff, and the beautiful grounds, I can't say enough about this place.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, and as advertised. Be ready to climb a 100 stairs to your room though. We got a room with a jacuzzi, and the bartender would deliver our drinks to us there that was super helpful. The staff overall were exceptional, and welcoming! Please be aware when booking that the patio's and jacuzzi's are not blocked off from the rooms next door, or the people walking up And down the stairs.

The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. My husband and I stayed at the Filotera Suites for our 20th anniversary, and we had an exceptional experience. It's a small intimate boutique hotel. Everything was taken care of. Staff at the hotel went out of their way to aniticipate and understand our needs. The quality of the services and facilities were wonderful. Charisma suites is the place to go if looking to stay in Oia. While it is separated a bit from the main city area, you are a quick 5 minute walk to all shopping points and main points of interest (churches/ castle/ dining/ ect). It almost was preferred between my wife and I as we could experiance Oia and separate from the commotion as the sun begins to set and the town packs up with tourists/ cruise liner members. This was such a nice little oasis. Beautiful and spacious room with private hot tub area. Well located, 10 min walk from main square and bus station. Welcoming was really nice, I highly recommend.

Very elegant and peaceful hotel with sophisticated menu of fresh Greek food. Incredible breakfast. Staff was warm, friendly extremely helpful! Stayed w two kids 15 and 8 and were very glad we picked the room w the plunge pool. Hotel is located between the two main villages of Oía and Fira and I recommend the easy walk to Fira around sunset along the pedestrian walkway carved into the rim of the volcano. Oía is much further away and only reachable by bus from Fira or by a 35 euro taxi each way....

Absolutely loved this place! I can't say for sure Skyfall is better than those absurdly-priced properties in the likes of Oia or Imervigoli, but I don't see how it's not right on par with the best Santorini has to offer. I can't give this place enough of a good review. The service industry and hotel customer service has gone down big time over the last few years (coming from someone who travels full time). The Last Sunbeam is an absolutely amazing amazing hotel in Fira! The price is incredible and the personal customized breakfast is phenomenal! Eneida is the most amazing host and so are all the cleaners and staff that work towards making guests experience amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay. The view was so gorgeous that we didn’t even feel like going to Oia. I will recommend all our friends and families to stay here in this gem!
