Last-minute hotel deals in Belize

The level of customer service was personal and exceptional. My room was large and I appreciated the full size refrigerator and large balcony. This is a newer hotel, the owner Jake makes himself accessible, Jennifer was on site to make sure things ran smoothly, and this hotel is in walking distance of local food spots. Experience is everything, and I had an excellent & restful experience at this hotel. I absolutely hands down recommend Hibisco, and I 100% will stay here again when I make it back...

Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home.

My husband and I loved staying at Seiri Del Mar! The grounds are stunning and the condo provided everything we needed. The on-site washer and dryer was a plus! Ratka, her husband, and entire staff were so kind. Whenever I had a question I would just ask anyone and they would help us. We will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful local people Hopkins is the place to visit!

Absolutely the most stunning hotel and location. Our king room overlooked a pristine sandy beach. Everything was just perfect, the staff, the decor, the comfort and the food. The breakfast included a Belizean specialty the fry Jack. A delicious puff of doughnut like bread served with or without sugar and cinnamon. We had the place to ourselves and the beautiful wildlife right on the river. Shanna and Kenny were wonderful and handled every aspect of our trip. The pool and bbq were fun! I would definitely stay here again. The family of Howler Monkeys with babies were my favorite part. Peaceful, serene, and in the jungle.

We stayed at the Palms for a night as Hurricane Beryl approached Belize. The property was lovely, but the best part was the wonderful staff- Angelee and Selvin were absolutely amazing! They helped us in a million ways, and always with great friendliness, even in the anxious hours before the storm arrived. Next time we go to Belize City, we'll definitely stay at the Palms!

I did a lot of research for our trip to Belize and just really couldn't find a place that seemed more appealing in our price range than Sleeping Giant. I was not disappointed. First, I'll say that we are the type of people to rent a car so we have a mode of transportation to explore, but at the suggestion of the hotel manager we decided to go with the hotel car service. From the moment we stepped on property we had the feeling that we had found a special place in the jungle. The facilities were great, the tours were fun, but what made the resort different from all the others was the staff. My kids laughed and joked with them the entire time. We enjoyed our stay at the West House boutique Hotel. The location in San Ignacio is close to restaurants. The hotel spotless and the staff was attentive and friendly.

We have been coming to the Maya Hotel and Bistro for several years. It gets even better with time. The Lees are excellent in maintaining their standards of service and training staff. They improve their facilities and it is a truly welcoming place. Like a home you know you can always go to for the comfort and care. And the food....second to none! A most creative menu, infusing classic cuisines with just the perfect Caribbean/Belizean flavor. We will always return!!

This is an amazing Resort. Being our 4th trip to Belize, we have stayed at different places each time and this was our favorite so far. Amazing room and friendly staff! The only downside is, the lack of cart parking. I would recommend having staff park their scooters/motorcycles in a staff only parking area and leave the cart parking area for the guests.

I had high expectations from the phenomenal reviews here and Gaia exceeded all of them. We had an amazing Jungle Vacation at table Rock. The property is beautifully filled with Mango and Orange trees. Toucans and other wild birds can be seen all over the lodge. The staff is extremely friendly and took care of us very well. I would recommend Table Rock to all those seeking a true jungle vacation. The town of San Ignacio is about 15 mins on dirt roads. Use Jasmine shuttle that swings by every 30 mins for $5 per person. Taxi will cost you $25/person.

Unique rainforest experience with screened balconies and wonderful room views in the natural setting above rio grande river. Food and drinks were excellent and staff wonderful! Tours offered too over priced!

We stayed at Chaa Creek based upon online reviews, but no amount of praise can do this place justice. Spacious and clean rooms, immaculate grounds, awesome staff, meals that we can't stop talking about (menu changes daily and everything is prepared fresh), plus activities galore. Great weather and warm water made several days of snorkeling a real treat. Guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. We swam with nurse sharks and a manatee as well as many other fish and saw at least 9 types of coral. Seeing the Mayan ruins at Lamanai was well worth the day. In the evening we ate at several of the many restaurants that were within walking distance and enjoyed each.
