Clean room

The staff was excellent. The manager at check-in (his name was forgotten) and the manager at check-out (Mr. Ismail) were very professional. They and their working staff took every effort to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The place is very clean.

Great place as always! Staff upgraded me to a sea view based on my room experience.

Great place to stay

I would certainly go here again, and recommend this hotel highly. The staff is very friendly and professional with a genuine propensity to help. The food was excellent. Deluxe room was decent size, and clean, but lacking a luxury feel, still a great value for the about you pay. Didn't get a chance to check out all other amenities, but decent WiFi and business center.

Good, clean hotel with friendly staff who go out of their way to help you out. Service at dinner and breakfast feels a bit on the slower side. Buffet options start to appear to be the same after a day!

The staff has been very helpful and goes that extra mile to make your stay most comfortable and accommodate the special request as much as they can. Worth mentioning services provided by Ms. Meryl, Mr. Saravanan, Ms. Oxendrila, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Keith, Mr. Prabhakaran, Ms. Soundarya, Mr. Thomson, Mr. Jagan beat my expectations. Thanks Only improvement I would suggest is response/actions to the requests placed via phone. I had to do multiple follow up at couple of instances.

Excellent facility. Excellent food. Thanks to the restaurant manager Bikram and the chef Karthick. Excellent buffet breakfast and Lunch. We are pure vegetarian and the chef took time to prepare some delicious South Indian cuisine taking into account all our requirements. We will continue to use the hotel and the restaurant during our visit to India.

The care that I received as a guest was impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

Came back because we liked it so well the first time. Second visit in fact was even better. Don't know why people say it's run-down. The furniture, bedding, bathroom, everything showed no signs of wear.

Friendly and courteous staff. Our room was clean and I loved the design of the closet that opened from both the hallway and from inside the bathroom. The wooden clothes hamper is also a very nice feature that I've not seen in other hotels. The only negative was a mildew/chlorine smell (possibly from the pool on the same floor?). Very comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was wonderful and included plenty of Indian, Asian, and continental choices; excellent coffee and attentive staff.
