We had an amazing stay at the Davies Family Inn. Jim and Linda were exceptional hosts and personally made sure that we were completely satisfied with our amenities and comfort. Had a great time staying at Sierra Inn during a fishing trip. The rooms are renovated and everything was clean and working well. It's been very quiet and peaceful during the night and you can hear the river flowing outside. Behind the motel there's a beautiful patio area with grill and picnic tables right by the river which we gladly used during our stay. Would stay here next time I'm around the area.

It is great place to stay in Placerville, if you don't have do not disturb sign they do the regular room sevice thing. Very kind and nice people work thier. Great place to stay.

This was a mother/daughter weekend for us. The facilities are beautiful and everyone was friendly and expressed wanting to make our stay pleasant.

Our Room was clean Staff Very Friendly Parking was close by I would have liked a Small Electric Kettle for Hot Water instead of the tiny coffee ☕ machine + some real coffee cups ☕ but that's minor just bring your own 😉 Small Refrigerator was very Cold ❄️ 🙏 Shower was Spacious 🚿 Looking forward to our next visit 🙏

Comfortable rooms with Victorian theme. Brass beds, vintage furniture. Very welcoming host. Great homemade breakfast! Lovely yard, spa & wraparound porch for relaxing. Perfect weekend getaway.

This place was so beautiful and peaceful. Me and my husband stayed here for our 1 year marriage anniversary and had the best time! The rooms were beautiful, the property was so well maintained and gorgeous, and the personal bathtub was just perfect for our little vacay. I spent most of my time in the bath and had the best time! Their little personalized touches are so sweet and the homemade complimentary breakfast…. *chefs kiss*. Karen makes the BEST pancakes. David is so funny and the real show...

The Innkeeper was wonderful, three-course breakfast was outstanding. Property is upscale, warm, and beautiful. I would go again in a heartbeat.

Great location- walk across the street to get to bike trails and beach access. Hotel is cute with lots of rustic reclaimed wood and nice decor. Had great wine and watched Monday night football at Uncorked with some friendly locals. Only minor downside is showerhead was from about 1976 so the shower experience wasn't as great as I assumed it would be with all the other uogrades and attention to detail

Our cabin was facing the water......so peaceful! Lots of walking trails, pool, close to restaurants!

Went to Red Hawk. Short drive to casino. Great value.
