Overall loved the place. Front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Clean rooms, good services. Only minor complain is that our room upstairs had a light on the balcony which couldn’t be turned off. But staff was even kind and helpful regarding this issue. Overall a great stay!

Room was clean, updated and fine. We checked in very late after calling ahead, and it went fine. Breakfast was not worthwhile, the attendant literally brings out a bowl of 5 sausages every 10 minutes to replenish the warming server, where there is also about enough carefully placed lukewarm scrambled eggs for 2 people. 2 scoops and it's gone, and the parking lot was full so it wasn't a slow day. Pastries were cheap and hard. Automatic pancake maker was the only good thing. Really guys, don't be so comically stingy with the eggs and sausage.

Poor communication
I arrive at 11:45pm to only then find out that the hotel is not in service due to power outage. How in the world one would not send an email, text, voicemail, anything possible to reach the costumer. Horrible customer service. And now I can’t reach anyone to get a refund for this booking. Please help. Thank you!
