Very clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time. We checked in with two kids and a small dog. We got 3rd floor room with one king bed and one double bed. The room was clean and very spacious. It had separate big bathroom. The owner greeted us and prepared some tea not long after we checked in. They are very friendly and told us about the history if the inn. The next day, the staff prepared a maple muffin and omelette for us with juices and fresh brew coffee. We love the place, the friendly staff and the beutiful rooms...

Easy access, good location. Staff was friendly , room was more than ample.

The owners, staff, and the restaurant chef are top-shelf, friendly, and make for perfect accommodations. Such a breath of fresh air from the white-bread franchise hotel experience. Cathy and I cannot say enough great things about this Bed & Breakfast. On our 7 day trip through MA, VT, NH, this place was by far our favorite ❤️! The house is very convenient to town and easy to park and just leave your car for the rest of your stay. We walked to everything. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer! Beautiful room, amazing bathroom, great tile work! We used the living room with fireplace (very toasty) and the breakfast with blueberry pancakes was amazing! We can’t wait to...

Nice to have coffee and muffins an hour before the excellent breakfast choices. We sat by an outdoor fire one night and played board games the other night. A true retreat from the daily grind. Our two adult children and the two of us slept comfortably in one room that had mutliple beds. Nice to have the option to walk to town as well. Great time!

Husband and I were up in this area to see a state championship basketball game that our granddaughter was playing in. The accomodations were gracious. The Innkeeper, Lynne and Marc, were terrific. Will be returning to the Nutmeg Inn.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. The downtown area is wonderful, lots of unique shops. The staff were very helpful and the check-in was very easy. I’m very happy I chose this hotel.

Lovely hotel, very quiet, with a fabulous gas fireplace in our spacious room. Make reservations for the private pool (FYI there is no hot tub, despite what Expedia claims, which was a minor disappointment.) So convenient to get dinner at the attached steakhouse (the creamed spinach and steak tips with parm fries are recommended). Easy 15 minute drive to Gunstock. We hope to be back.

The owners are so kind, friendly, and thoughtful! I stayed here the night before the eclipse, and because they knew people wanted to leave early the next day to beat the eclipse traffic, they moved up the start of breakfast (poached eggs and bacon hash, yum!) an hour. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderful views of the surroundings, including the lake, from windows. There is a nice loop around the lake that can be done, and hiking trails nearby. We loved our stay at the Inn at Pleasant Lake. The location is in a beautiful and quiet spot with access to the lake. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

On site dining was outstanding both in service and quality of food. Hot spot for locals.

Good place to stay… just be careful with GPS taking you out of there, sometimes take you to some very bad dirty Road.
