This hotel serves a nice breakfast, The hotel also has a very nice indoor swimming pool. Plus the hotel staff are very friendly and professional.

We spent 5 nights at the Quality Inn. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free parking and no resort fees are a huge plus!! Check-in was easy. Desk clerk Andre did an excellent job. We have had previous contacts with Andre with other reservations. He demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Enjoyed the stay and my husband mentioned the bed needed an upgrade for him. It was okay for me though.

Check in and out was very quick. My tv wouldn't turn on. Poor review because I had no tv, had to use my phone.

Great breakfast options

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy check in, I had a knee replacement a week ago and had to travel to Seattle for an appointment. They had showers that you could roll in a wheelchair if needed and shower chairs which helped me a lot. Also it was no extra charge for this option. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was because of traffic it takes about 20 to 30 mins to get to Seattle if that is where your going.

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

Extremely friendly and polite staff; eager to help. Very clean rooms and grounds. Outdoor covered seating. Beautiful potted plants. Very reasonable rates. All in all, a10 out of 10.

Best place to stay while in Seattle

Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. The cleanest most respectful staff in the land. I think this experience was so good because it’s Chinese owned. Just top to bottom flawless experience. Ps don’t miss the morning breakfast! It Was restaurant quality and also has so many options. Only thing I could complain about is no hot tub:( but does have a pool:)

Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.
