The front desk staff was very friendly. She took the time to have a conversation with me as if I was a friend staying with her overnight. As a hotel, you need to stop the attitude of treating your guests like a process but instead, connect with them as a human. The lady with a hijab who checked me in did an excellent job connecting with me. Promote her! She performed very well.

The staff were great and the Indian cuisine was amazing! The first room they showed us was in bad shape - broken doorknob, broken cabinet, no water pressure. They switched us to another room that was just fine and were nice about it. They’re going to renovate and repair all the hotel rooms this summer - when they’re all fixed this will be a great place to stay. Despite the hiccup we really enjoyed the Red Lion Inn.
