Great weekend stay

We had a really lovely stay at the Bay Tree Hotel. The host was welcoming and helpful and made us excellent breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had all we needed. Overall it was nice and quiet and well located close to the underground station.

Our host, Jasmine is very accommodating! Provided us with freshly cooked hot breakfast. When we had to leave early on a day trip, she put aside some bread and pancakes for us to take along. Parking is ideal and our family room is clean and comfortable.

Bay Tree House

Lovely house in a quiet part if North London. Jasmine, the owner was a fantastic host, made us feel very welcome. She phoned up on the morning of our booking to confirm arrival time which was a nice personal touch. Room was super clean, beds very comfortable and cooked breakfast was lovely. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Will definitely stay there again if i am in the area.

Perfectly fine B&B in North London

This was perfectly ok, although I have no idea why it should rate as high as it does First point: This B&B has NO EV CHARGER, despite claiming to have one in their amenities. This is the main reason we chose this location, and so we were off to a bad start already. The double room was functional - no tea/coffee in room (but available in the dining room) Bathroom has a glass door, which won't be for everyone as the toilet is directly opposite the door Towels are just larger than a hand towel Breakfast was fine, although the cooked element was three hot items, without having a choice of what they were ... so not always what you might want Five minute walk to the Piccadilly Line in a nice, safe area.

An individually made hot breakfast (non-greasy, delicious ) was available, in addition to many additional options (croissants, yoghurts etc) and good coffee. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from the Underground station (Piccadilly Line).

Simply perfect. The welcome, the house, the room, the service, everything - just delightful. More like a small boutique hotel than a B&B, and so well placed for heading in and out of London city centre.

Lovely, Friendly Place

For a reasonably priced room, free parking, breakfast thrown in, and fabulous host, you couldn't ask for more! Easy to get to areas of interest via tube, London, and in our case, concert at Finsbury Park. Jasmine made you feel really welcome, great sense of humour. Would definitely stay there again!

Super little B&B

Overnight stop, late booking. Lovely B&B, and the host Jasmine was so friendly and accommodating. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. It’s so nice to stay somewhere different to mainstream hotels, with a host that really cares for her visitors.

Had a brief, but lovely stay with Jasmine in her lovely home. The daffodil room was cute and bright, faced the road but very quiet. Lovely comfy bed, room is on the smaller side room but perfect for a couple or a short stay. Shower was great and provided basic shower gel and shampoo and towels. The only downside of the room was the glass paneled door into the bathroom, but we just hung a towel on the hooks to cover it so it wasn't too much of an issue. Would have been nice to have tea / coffee in room but we were told to help ourself to drinks in the dining room. Glasses and drinking water were provided in the room. Jasmine was a lovely host though we didn't spend much time with her, she was very pleasant and welcoming. And cooked bacon and scrambled eggs to perfection, I actually think they were the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Good choice of cereal, toast and spreads, pastries etc. Great links to Ally Pally and the on street parking was ideal. Would definitely return. The fireplace in the dining room was beautiful, a lovely homs. Thank you for your hospitality.

Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again.

Hemos estado muy a gusto gracias a la atención, simpatía y amabilidad de la anfitriona. Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Desayuno estupendo. Está algo alejada del centro de Londres, pero el Metro está muy cerca y en 35 minutos estás en pleno Picadilly Circus en línea directa.

Fantastic

What a lovely B&B and a wonderful host. Very clean everywhere, delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The room we were in was very big with a fabulous bathroom which had a huge bath and a shower. We had a very comfortable stay.

Have already recommended to friends!

Really comfortable bed. In the large family room in the attic space so a bit too warm but there was a fan provided. I was travelling alone but the room was much larger than most other family rooms I've stayed in. Unexpectedly good choice for breakfast despite being a small B&B. Would definitely stay again.
