Nos hospedamos en Casa Laurel y la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación esta muy limpia, la cama impecable y comodísima. Cuenta con todos los servicios que necesitábamos: excelente conexión a internet, Tv, una mesita ideal para trabajar en la Laptop, el baño es amplio y muy limpio. La ubicación es muy tranquila. En general es un lugar cómodo y seguro, y el trato de la persona que nos recibió fue muy cordial en todo momento. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

This is a wonderful respite within the City. Great location and fantastic customer service. The property is charming and very well located. The rooms are large and clean and have thoughtful details (eg sound machine for getting to sleep). Lots of great art throughout. Wonderful and thoughtful local arrival and departure gifts.

Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Arrona! The hotel was great, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Teri, who checked us in and made us feel so welcome. She was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Oaxaca.

Our stay was perfect. The staff was extremely responsive, the rooms very comfortable and we were within walking distance of the Zocalo. We often walked back to Marialicia Suites at nighttime and never felt unsafe despite it being away from the action. In fact, we preferred this as there was never any street traffic that we could hear from our room. The property inside is very nice. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Overall is very nice place. Nice walk to the main attractions.

Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van. Unfortunately our room was over the garage and the metal doors upon opening and closing, made a lot of noise. Also at 7 am water is delivered by truck and that was quite disturbing.

Wonderful hotel with amazing view and amenities. The staff was wonderful and took care of everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and everything was in excellent condition. It is a hotel located in downtown Oaxaca. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. I like the idea of having a kitchenette with the free fruit, coffee/tea, and pastries. They also provide you with free bottles of water. Everything was sparkling clean.

It was beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Great ambiance. Staff was on top of everything, super friendly and helpful. They truly made tis experience the best! While at the coffee bar, my 7 year old daughter wanted a milk chocolate drink that was not on the menu and the two young guys at the bar offered to make it. They truly make it special! Definitely recommend.

We stayed at parador San Miguel for 3 days,hotel has 3 levels with terraces for relaxing,our suite was fabulous with air conditioning,Jacuzzi,the most comfortable king bed and antiques everywhere,plants,trees and flowers are everywhere,making the hotel look like a tropical paradise,staff was extra friendly,food in restaurant was beyond delicious and we we sad to leave.Manuel and America,the proprietors,speak perfect english,Manuel having been educated in San Francisco.FABULOSO!!!
