Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.

Great place, awesome view of the town. Clean, easy access, host pointed out great restaurants. I would book there again. Wish we could of stayed longer. Loved it.

The rooms were clean, spacious and conveniently located in the center of the historic Palermo center. You can wake up in the morning and have direct access to Capo Market, and a short walk to Teatro Massimo. We were staying at the Hotel in the Family room and unfortunately the room we were given had lots of stairs. This was an issue for us as our 82 year old Nonna had knee issues. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to provide a different room on a lower level with elevator access....

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed...

This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Great location. Excellent decor, staff and everything else

Newly renovated in a very nice and well-placed location in Palermo. Convenient to a lot of attractions. Restaurants and Bars are plentiful. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Managed apartments, not a hotel. Reception was closed very early so nobody to help. Breakfast was at cafe next door. Rooms were clean, large and great views.

The staff went above and beyond. One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The food was exceptional as well.

The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

Clean, neat and in a residential area so taxis were not close to the B&B, but the onsite manager was superior in her directions and recommendations for both bus and train access. Air-conditioning was excellent, water pressure in shower was excellent the room even across the street for a church bell site was sound proofed. Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage.

Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that.
