I would give this Hotel a 10/10 but nowhere is perfect. So I will say 9.9/10. I stayed for 1 week, The Staff was very helpful, polite & assisted me with everything that I needed from start to finish. The internet is not the best, keep your rooms windows closed to prevent mosquitoes from getting in, try to arrange for the hotel to pick you up from airport before you land, no driving apps are available in Hawassa & the (Vegan) food is Fire.

The staffs are well mannered and so polite even tho the place is hot the hotel have ac and the view is breathtaking. It is the best place I have ever seen.

Clean and fairly modern hotel, and great staff (very helpful and nice). The restaurant serves decent food. The menu has the standard Ethiopian hotel dishes. The location is a little bit outside the center. My only complaint is that there are no mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. The room was full of mosquitos at night!

My experience at Haile resort was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location made for a memorable stay. A special mention goes to Ephrem, the shuttle driver, who was exceptionally courteous and helpful, making my transfers to and from the airport seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Awassa and look forward to returning on my next trip.

Excellent service!

Simply an amazing stay for our honeymoon. Extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. The property, ambience and amenities are outstanding, and the food was great both in quality and variety/options. We stayed for one night only, as we had a 24h stopover in Addis. We definitely would want to come back!

I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here.

The room was large, clean and very nice. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are well taken care of. I had a great experience staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it.
