I love this hotel so much

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. The on-site restaurant and room service were convenient, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast options varied between buffet and à la carte, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that our stay coincided with prom season, so there was some noise from events taking place nearby. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was available. When I got to my room the curtains were closed over the window. It was not until the next morning that I realized there was a sliding glass door that actually had been open all night. When the room was cleaned the doors should have been closed and locked.

I wish there was a better description of the room posted, it was smaller than expected… the staff was amazing!

This place is very cool. It was built at the campus arboretum and they used the wood from the trees to make furniture mill work etc. The staff is great also. I very rarely eat in any hotel however I was tired and did not feel like driving so I ate at the bar. Fabulous meal and great service. I stay center city usually but I did not need to go into town so I stayed at a cool place in the burbs

Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

This hotel was very exquisite. My company hosted a training in one of the event spaces and everything was well kept and truel exceeded our expectations.

Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Parking isn’t included but we managed.

Great stay. No parking at the hotel but a lot down the street with great rates. Very convenient to the Met and great restaurants. Very clean and a great bed.

Great spot

Good value for the area. Convenient for a variety of eating places. Secure parking. Easy to find. Close to station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Appreciated having fridge and microwave. It is an older building but that goes with the price point. I will stay again.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful

Convenient to sport complex. Courteous staff.

Hotel and room were very clean. The free breakfast was great.

The staff is amazing!

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.
