I booked in advance but, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was occupied. I got 2.5 hours of sleep an got up at 5:00 am to catch a 8:30 am flight. I was very disappointed with the service and was unable to speak to a manager.

The staff on both shifts was very professional, from checking in to checking out. House keeping did a wonderful job! I would stay here again if I visit Philly in the future, but will recommend this property to people.

It was what I would call an average place. It’s fine for a quick one night stay. The bathroom was not stocked with the products in the shower and when I went to see if they had refills, the person at the desk (who by the way was very nice and tried to help) gave me what they had there, but did not have refills. We had to go get extra washcloths and towels, it was only stocked for a two person stay, I had four. It seemed as though the gentleman at the front desk was the only person there, meaning there was no housekeeping staff no maintenance staff…no anyone…just him. Again, it was fine, but I will probably look elsewhere the next time I need a quick layover before an early flight.
